There needs to be more apps like this; ones that solve simple everyday problems. I have always been the guy who is running around last minute asking the nearest family member if they can tie my tie. No more. Having the overlayed step-by-step with the camera, anyone can make a knot like an expert. I especially like the noise recognition feature where you can whistle to go to the next step - hands free! Also has a total of 10 different knot styles, each with its own difficulty. Perfect app for the gentelman who wants to dress to impress.

This is a great piece of software. Its simple to use and gives you (or me at least) a wider range of options when it comes to tying ties. I only wish it could come on the iphone as well for situations where my mac is not around.

Absolutely love this app. So useful, so useful.

This is a very handy little app to have ! Nice to know that the art of doing a tie is not yet lost. Top marks for this simple but very valuable app :) Anyone who still needs to wear a tie and would like to mix it up a bit this is a must have !

For a dollar you cant go wrong with this app, it is very handy and has a good amount of knots to choose from. The only problem that I have is that when I tie my tie, I always have the wide end starting on my right side, and this starts you with the wide end on the left side. I looked for either a way to reverse the directions or reverse the camera to no avail.

Tiesight works great. You get a lot of help for just one dollar. Tiesight rules.

This app is very easy to use and the knot instructions are fool proof! This is app is a must have, expecially considering it costs less than a dollar!

No bow ties? Please update this with bow ties. Anyone can fashion a standard tie knot without help. People need bow tie instructions. Gosh, I was all excited about learning how to wear my new bow tie! Can you update this soon? I know its only 99 cents, but come on - bow ties. Thanks for building apps.

Seriously. Bow ties are the style that most guys have difficulty tying.

This was one of the best 99¢ that Ive ever spent. I have always hated tieing a tie because I dont have much practice. This helped me do it right on my first try! (Being very tall, now I just need to get the length right. The 3 button rule gave me an extra short tie for my build)

Great app for normal tie knots, but those are easy. I need bow tie instructions!

The other reviews are correct. It does seem backwards, but it works great if you follow the directions. The camera function probably isnt needed, but a good thought. I used it this evening to tie my tie, and have never been happier with the knot. Corrected years of bad training.

I only wear ties on special occasions, which are fairly rare, and tying a tie has always been a source of frustration. Trying to mimic what I saw on online videos when I was in front of a mirror would lead to many annoying mistakes. With TieSight, even tying the (formerly dreaded) Windsor knot was a breeze, even enjoyable!

This app was great, especially at $0.99 Now they are playing the game of "in-app purchase" for SINGLE extra knots. Raise the price of the app if you want and give the extra knots as a free update for your FIRST, LOYAL fans. This type of greed is very disappointing for an app that started so well.
